Poonch: Three military personnel were killed and three others injured when militants ambushed two military vehicles in Pir Panchal region’s Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday evening, media reports said.
The vehicles, carrying personnel to the site of an overnight cordon-and-search operation, came under attack at Dhatyar Morh at about 3.45pm on Thursday.
In the ongoing operation, three troopers were killed and three others were injured.
