Kulgam: Police has identified the militant killed in Ashmuji Kulgam as Mudasir Ahmad Wagay – a resident of Malwan, Devsar – District Commander Kulgam and an A+ categorized militant of Hizbul Mujahideen.
He is the son of Mohammad Jamal Wagay, Police said.
The Police spokesman said Mudasir was active from 2018.
