Kishtwar, Sep 5: Two persons were killed after an oil tanker skidded off the road and overturned in the Pathimhal area of Palmar in Kishtwar district on Saturday, officials said.
A senior police officer said the tanker was travelling through the area when the driver apparently lost control, causing the vehicle to skid off the road and overturn.
“The two persons travelling in the tanker were killed on the spot,” the officer said, adding that their identities had not yet been ascertained.

Police and other concerned teams reached the spot and initiated necessary proceedings, officials said.
