Budgam: A non-local Labourer allegedly ended his life by hanging himself at his rented accommodation in Gulshan Abad area of Hyderpora in the police jurisdiction of Budgam district on Sunday evening.
The deceased has been identified as Sajid Alam (24) son of Tanveel Alam, a resident of Bihar.
A police officer while confirming the incident said that a team of Budgam police have already reached the spot.
“We are ascertaining the cause of death,” he said.
The body has been shifted at a local hospital and further medico-legal formalities are on, he added.
