Srinagar: The National Investigation Agency on Wednesday attached two more immovable properties in Manigah village of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district and at Hermain village of south Kashmir’s Shopian district under UAPA.
News agency KNO quoted an official saying that the land measuring 3.5 Marlas belonged to an accused Daulat Ali Mughal of Shilabhatu Mohalla in Manigah allegedly involved in NIA case no. RC-2018/NIA/DLI, under UAPA has been attached.
Similarly, two rooms at a joint residential house belonging to Ishaq Pala who is a resident of Aloora village were attached by NIA today.
He said Pala was involved in NIA case no. RC- 07/2018/NIA/DLI registered under UAPA.
The official said that the properties were attached after the order of special NIA court Jammu.
Earlier, another property was attached in lethpora area of south Kashmir’s Awantipora.
