Budgam: A man has killed his brother during a scuffle over a property dispute in Sail village of Beerwah area of Central Kashmir’s Budgam district, Police said.
In a grim incident on November 20, Sameer Ahmad Rather was found dead behind his residence in Sail village, Beerwah area of Central Kashmir’s Budgam district, as revealed by the local police.
The investigation unfolded a distressing family affair, with Aqib Ahmad Rather, the brother of the deceased, admitting to the murder during a heated scuffle over a property dispute, according to police officials.
As the inquiry progressed, startling revelations emerged, implicating the deceased’s father and sister, who confessed their involvement in supporting Aqib’s sinister plan.
The case has been formally filed at the nearby Police Station under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
