Srinagar: In a tragic incident, a 6-year-old boy died of electrocution at his home in Nagam area of Kokernag in South Kashmir’s Anantnsg district on Monday.
As per reports, the boy has been identified as Kifiyat Ahmad Bhat, son of Nazir Ahmad Bhat and a resident of Nagam, Kokernag.
He received electric shock at his home and immediately shifted to Sub District Hospital Kokernag by his family members.
However, doctor at the hospital declared him as brought dead on arrival.
Concerned medical officer in Kokernag, Gowher Ali confirmed the death of the minor.
