Srinagar: Militants on Wednesday evening fired upon a police vehicle in Allochibagh area of Srinagar, however, no casualty was reported in the incident, police said.
“The attack was effectively retaliated, however, while militants took advantage of the darkness and ran towards built up area,” police said.
“A cordon and search operation has been launched in the area,” police added.
