Varmul, Jan 4 — Forces busted a militant hideout during a search operation in Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir, an official said on Sunday.
The hideout was detected in the Suchliwaran forest area of Sheeri during a search operation carried out on Saturday, the official said.
“During the operation, security forces recovered two hand grenades, 24 rounds of AK-47 ammunition, a wireless antenna, an axe, a wire cutter and two umbrellas from the hideout,” the official added.
