Poonch: A mentally challenged individual from Pakistan-controlled-Kashmir was apprehended in the Balakote sector of Pir Panchal region’s Poonch district on Monday afternoon, Indian Army said.
The man, identified as Abu Wahab Ali, was caught in the Dabi area.
Following his capture, the Army handed him over to the police for further questioning.
