Rajouri: An Indian military officer was killed during a military operation in Baji Maal forest area of Pir Panchal region’s Rajouri district on Wednesday, officials said.
News agency KNO quoted an official saying that forces were on the search operation in Baji Maal forest area when contact was established. .
He said that in the ensuing encounter, an army major was killed, while operation was going on.
