Srinagar: Police on Saturday arrested a TRF (The Resistance Front) militant in Eidgah area of Srinagar.
A pistol was recovered from his possesion, police said.
He was arrested on a specific information by a joint team of Police and CRPF.
"He is a resident of Kulgam district and had come to carry a target killing in the area," an officer said.
Further investigation in the case is going on, he added.
