Uri: Two unidentified militants have been killed as forces foil an infiltration attempt along the Line of Control in Uri sector of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Wednesday, Police said.
Taking advantage of low visibility and bad weather, a group of ‘intruders’ was trying to sneak into this side of the LOC, News agency KNO quoted a police official saying.
“They were challenged by our troops and two of them were killed during the exchange of fire,” he said.
