Baramulla: A former Police Officer was shot dead by militants on Sunday morning In the Gantmulla area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
As per the Police, militants on Sunday morning fired upon Ex SSP identified as Mohd Shafi.
“He was shot dead in a mosque near his residence,” an official said.
This is the third targeted attack against Police; Earlier in October, a police inspector was shot in Eidgah Srinagar while another was shot on December 9 in Bemina Srinagar.
