Pir Panchal: Forces recovered a suspected Improvised Explosive Device (IED) weighing around 10 Kg and other material during a cordon and search operation in the Mendhar area of Pir Panchal region’s Poonch district in Jammu and Kashmir.
Quoting an official, KNO reported that a joint team of Army and Police launched a CASO in Kasblari village during which some suspicious material was found lying under a rock.
“The recovered material includes suspected IEDs, detonators, and grenades.”
He added that searches were underway in the area.
