Srinagar: An encounter (military operation) has started between government forces and militants in the Drabgam area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama District on Saturday.
"Encounter has started at the Drabgam area of Pulwama. Police and security forces are on the job," police informed on Twitter.
It is the second encounter of the day. Earlier, one unidentified militant of HM was killed on Saturday morning in the khandipora area of south Kashmir’s kulgam District.
The encounter was underway in Kulgam as per the last reports.
