Srinagar: Two unidentified Militants have been killed in an encounter (military operation) that broke out between militants and government forces in Pahoo area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Sunday.
"PulwamaEncounterUpdate: 02 terrorists killed. Operation in progress. Further details shall follow," Kashmir Police Zone stated.
Two militants were killed in an hour and their identities have been ascertained.
Meanwhile, Police said the encounter is underway.
Earlier, J&K Police said ‘an encounter started at Pahoo area of Pulwama. Police and security forces are on the job."
