Ganderbal: An elderly woman died on Tuesday in a road accident in the Prang area of Kangan in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.
An official said that a vehicle hit the woman in the Prang area, resulting in critical injuries to her.
He said that the woman was rushed to SDH (Sub District Hospital) Kangan, where she was declared dead on arrival.
The deceased has been identified as Mugli Begum (55) and a resident of Chinnar.
Meanwhile, Police have registered a case in this regard.
