On the 38th day of Israel Palestine war, six premature babies and nine patients were killed as Gaza’s two largest hospitals, al-Shifa and al-Quds, have both closed due to electricity outage, taking the total death toll in Gaza to 11,100.
As per media reports, WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus warned of a “dire and perilous” situation, saying more patients, including premature babies, are dying.
Moreover, Israeli air strike has targeted an ambulance who were on the way to rescue operations with Red Cross saying the civilian evacuation from Gaza is perilously unsafe.
