Handwara: A bomb disposal squad has destroyed a suspicious object found in the Ganapora Kralgund area of North Kashmir’s Handwara district on Friday.
Officials said that the object was found on Baramulla-Handwara road today morning.
The bomb disposal squad was called immediately and traffic was also halted as a precautionary measure, an official said.
“The suspicious object was later destroyed by the BDS and traffic was also restored on the road,” he said.
