Handwara: Panic gripped Ganapora, Kralgund area of Handwara in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Sunday evening after a ‘blast-like sound’ was heard in the locality.
Moreover, Police said that the forces have cordoned off the area.
Forces in large numbers have reached the spot after the ‘blast-like sound’ was heard, an official said.
A senior police officer said that a blast-likeike sound’ has been heard from Ganapora, Kralgund area of Handwara, while they were ascertaining the facts.
Meanwhile, the area has been cordoned off by the joint forces and further details will be shared accordingly, he said.
