Srinagar: A labourer from Banihal died during a scuffle between labourers in Murad Pora area of Shopian district on Friday evening.
He has been identified as Nasir Ahmad Naik (19) a resident of J&K’s Banihal area in Rmaban district.
An official said that the labourers, who were putting up at a rented accommodation in Shopian, had a scuffle today evening.
He said that in the incident, he was critically injured and succumbed to injuries before reaching on way to the hospital.
The official added that police have taken cognizance of the incident and investigation has been taken up.
