Srinagar: A man was killed while two others were injured in a road accident in Bijbehara area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Tuesday.
News agency KNO quoted an official saying that a vehicle hit a bike, resulting in injuries to three persons who were riding on the bike.
He said that all the injured were taken to SDH (sub-distrcit hospital) Bijbehara for treatment where one succumbed to his injuries.
The deceased was identified as Mehraj-ud-din Para, son of Ghulam Rasool Parra and a resident of Sumbal, Bandipora.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognisance of the incident.
