The Pakistani Supreme Court has declared that former Prime Minister Imran Khan has been wrongly convicted in an alleged case, raising questions about the fairness and accuracy of the trial court's decision.

The apex court scrutinized the trial court's verdict and identified substantial flaws that cast doubt on the validity of the conviction. These concerns prompted the Supreme Court to signal the potential for a reversal of the decision during the forthcoming hearing scheduled for tomorrow.

During the proceedings, the court's justices emphasized the presence of "serious defects" within the trial court's judgment against the former Prime Minister, Imran Khan.

The Pakistani Supreme Court will review and may possibly nullify the trial court's verdict in the upcoming hearing, which is scheduled to take place tomorrow, it said.
