Sopore: Municipal Council of Sopore in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Thursday after they failed to pay rent for three years.
President MC Sopore, Musarrat Kar said that shopkeepers were unable to pay rent for the last three years.
She said the shops situated at the PHE complex and the bus stand have been sealed
"Inthe coming days more shops will be sealed as MC is going to act against those who are not paying rent on time", she said.
She also said legal action would be taken against those shopkeepers who fail to pay rent on time.
