New Delhi, 10 November 2024: Five people, including three women, were killed early this morning after their car slammed into a stationary truck on the Greater Noida Expressway.
The deceased were identified as Aman (27), Devi Singh (60), Rajkumari (50), Vimlesh (40), and Kamlesh.
According to reports, Aman, the driver, died on the spot, while the others succumbed to injuries shortly after being taken to a hospital.
According to police, the crash occurred around 6 a.m. when the WagonR, traveling from Noida to Greater Noida, struck the truck from behind.
“We are investigating all aspects of this accident,” said Ashok Kumar, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police, Greater Noida.
