Srinagar: The regular-annual results of 12th class in Kashmir were declared by J&K Board of School Education on Tuesday; 75 per cent (54075) of 72180 candidates have passed.
In this result as well, the girls have outshined boys and bagged most of the top positions with a percentage of 78% and 72% among boys.
Arusa Parvez has secured the highest marks of 499. A student of Kashmir Harvard Naseembagh.
The second position (498) in science was bagged by Simrah Hafeez, a student of Government Higher Secondary School, Soura
The third position was shared by four others with topper Fiza Zahoor Tantary (497) from Government Higher Secondary School, Rajbagh.
